"Community treatment service are rude,!"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

I visited last week with my mother in law and have never been treated so rudely. My MIL went to the queens following twisting her ankle. The place was busy and we expected to wait our turn and be patient. What we didn’t expect was to be spoken to like we were an inconvenience. I’m not surprised CQC think this hospital needs improvement, I 100% agree!!! Very poor!
