About: Heartlands Hospital / Gynaecology

Had a gynae op just before Christmas. Clearly a very busy ward but staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and the care I received was excellent. I was treated as a person, not a patient. The consultant and team excellent. Well done NHS! .
