I was sent by my doctor for a blood test I gave the receptionist my details, I was told to sit down and wait for my name to be called, I waited for an hour I then asked another receptionist why I have been waiting so long she checked the computer then informed me that I had not been booked on the system the receptionist then asked the receptionist that booked me in who did not really seem to care and no apology. I found my experience at the oldswan walk in center not very good.
