"Neuropsychology Treatment"

About: Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities

(as the patient),

The neuropsychologist that I saw thought i may have cognitive impairment and do tests. Memory, literacy and numeracy etc.

I warned them I may be able to do the tests once but not repeatedly. So what happens? They did them once and say nothing wrong. All within normal range. No it's not. They said I had no trouble doing the tests. I was sweating, shaking and anxious during and dizzy and confused after and said so but they took no notice of this so I don't think the results were presented correctly. It felt like they let me say one thing then interrupted me and wouldn't let me speak again. I complained and was ignored. I felt like the things I was saying were being misunderstood.

I tried to make a complaint but it seems the complaints team don't believe the dr can be wrong.
