"Reception shocker!"

About: Haywood Hospital

I have been to the walk in centre today to take my husband who had fallen and twisted his knee, he couldn’t walk at all so I had to park at the main door and go and ask for help getting him in, I asked the receptionist and she said that no one was allowed to help and if I couldn’t get him out myself I needed to call a ambulance, I was so shocked, he was right outside in the car, we are constantly being told how busy the ambulance service is and she suggested I call one to move my husband roughly 5 yards. Luckily there was a very nice security man who got me a wheelchair and offered to get him out I was very grateful to him.

There has to be something wrong here.!
