"Continuous cancellations"

About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

I was referred to the hospital regarding my wisdom teeth before the summer. 3 times the appointment with yourselves was cancelled, twice at short notice. The 4th I had to cancel myself due to illness and when I rang I was told my account had been closed! I will be contacting my orthodontist after the weekend asking them to refer me to another dental hospital as this is unacceptable.

I will say that the receptionists I have spoken to each time have been apologetic and I accept this is not their fault at all. The appointments system and organisation of the place needs reviewing urgently.
