3 times I have been given appointment dates for them to have been rearranged (without my knowledge), so when I have called up to query about an appointment letter which I should receive 6 weeks beforehand, I am then told that my appointments have been moved to, on average, 2-3 months later than my original. I cannot fault the consultant which I am under, nor the staff who have helped me, but when I am not given an answer, and I am left to wait yet again months for another appointment when in constant pain, it isn't the ideal situation!
I am not a difficult patient, and I am grateful for the staff in the Oral Maxfax department, however travelling in total there and back 2.5 hours, it isn't ideal to have to keep rearranging things at work etc!
