"Not impressed at all so far"

We registered at this surgery a few months ago and have had to go in a couple of times for myself and my daughter. We saw the same doctor both times. The doctor is nice to children and my daughter loved him, but as an adult patient and also mother I found him rude and dismissive. His manner between dealing with my daughter then talking to me was astoundingly different, and not in a good way! When I went in because I thought i had an infection he was extremely dismissive and abrupt, made me feel like I was wasting his time and sent me on my way. Two weeks later I had multiple infections and pneumonia and I have been extremely sick. Last week I took my daughter in as I was concerned she had developed an infection and I knew the surgery would be closed over Christmas. Once again, he dismissed us and four days later I spent 6 hours in A&E on Christmas night with my daughter as a result.
