"The staff almost made it worth while..."

What I liked

Have been treated in several departments over the last year and had stays in Cheerful Sparrows Ward last Juily and last month- I cannot praise the staff too highly. I was treated with courtesy and kindness throughout my dealings with QEQMH and the Nursing & Care staff on Cheerful SparrowsWard were lovely.

What could be improved

Nothing in the hospital except the Discharge Lounge is too far from both Main entrances- found that very, very difficult only a few hours after my op.CheerfulOpening hoursPatient careNursing staff
