"Just excellent"

About: New Birmingham Dental Hospital

I was hit by a sudden onset of excruciating pain while at work but was unable to get an appointment at my own dentist. I called 111 at the suggestion of a colleague and they referred to me to the Dental hospital the following morning. What followed was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had in terms of healthcare. I arrived at 9am and was called in at 4 minutes past. I needed a root canal so I had an initial consultation followed by an x-ray and then the actual root canal procedure... this all took place over the course of a couple of hours. The building is so clean and well signed and every member of staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and kind. It couldn't have been any better. I'm SO impressed by this service and feel very fortunate and proud to have the Dental Hospital in our city. I have to go back to my dentist to have a crown fitted on my tooth but I wish I could have it done here!
