"6 years"

I have been a patient here for 6 almost 7 years since moving into the area. from start to finish my experience with the doctors has been nothing short of fantastic. I started with two doctors, and currently I'm with a third doctor, these three have been a credit to not only milestone but medicine in general. and without sounding dramatic, I feel without their help and support across a wide variety of issues, I would be in a much worse state than today.

If I had one criticism. and it is just that, not a complaint..the staff whilst heavily burdened might need to be a little more sensitive to patients at times. not everyone who visits the GP looks on deaths doorstep. mental issues can be an urgent care issue too, and being pressed about it doesn't help. I understand you have to do a 'triage' sort of thing to keep appointments down, but if somebody insists its urgent I feel you should err on the side of caution rather than argue with them that you MUST know what the issue is. for people with anxiety/depression this can make things worse at an already tricky time.

Overall, I cannot fault it. even with my little critique above, that has happened twice in 6 years of fairly regular care.. so even that is barely a blip on the radar. this place is fantastic. and changed my view of medical care.
