(as a service user),

When I.m distressed and all the crisis team say go to distressed management and basically there's nothing we can to and it makes me feel more low.

That if your suicidal seems their option is to come out to tell you that how do they think it makes me feel.  So not happy at. It's the same when I phone them. Phoned a number of times and it felt like they just couldn't be bothered because of my bpd
