Rang beforehand for advice and was given a call back within 20 mins, appointment booked within the following hour. Warned wait could be up to four hours if busy or urgent case came in, seen within 45 minutes. Fantastic. From initial call to treatment, less than three hours. Lastt Friday before Christmas too
