Samantha has been a rock.  Tough but fair.  Pushed me when needed.  We've also had some laughs.

This is a really nice comment, thank you. We absolutely need to be fair - that is a minimum. I really like the way you put 'push me when needed'. I think this is probably because Sam sees potential in you and at times we all need to be given a little nudge. If you can do all this and have some laughs too then all good.
