"My experience in the jubilee hospital"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I was in this hospital as a day patient, I had a very early start to my day, arrived at hospital to be greeted by very nice reception, once in the ward was made very welcome, the staff were very attentive .. and explains every step of my procedure, I was first to be taken... the doctor called Damian came to see me before I was taken in for my procedure, the staff in the area where my angiogram was taken place were just wonderful .. so attentive in every way.. especially billy..   I was then taken back to my area, before leaving I was to hear conclusion of their findings.. that’s were it all changed.. I was approached by a very burly loud member of staff who proceeded to explain the findings ... I hope to have a private conversation with this member of staff, I have left a message with their secretary..
