About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Taken in to Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Falkirk as a day patient to have surgery on my foot.  Ended up having to stay for 2 days.  The staff were fantastic.  The whole service I received from start to finish could be faulted.  Everyone was pleasant, kind and helpful.  Everything was explained fully to me.  I was even given a sandwich at 2:30 in the morning when I said how hungry I was.  The hospital ward was spotlessly clean and the toilets were cleaned many times during the day.
