"Excellent care"

When my relative was admitted to ward 6 at the harplands hospital I was extremely anxious about it . I had cared for my relative for five years and was extremely reluctant , but realised they needed specialist care . I needn't have worried . We were treated with compassion and care from day one . The staff were all fantastic every single one went out of there way to keep me informed about my relative that came as a huge relief to my family . So a massive thank you to all the staff at ward six you are doing a wonderful job

Thank you for your lovely comments about the staff and service that your received whilst your relative was a patient on ward 6. The service prides itself on being person-centred and working closely to involve patients and families in every aspect of their care. It can be a very difficult time for relatives, particularly when they have been caring for a loved one for a long time and we appreciate how hard it can be to place your trust in other care-givers.
