"disappointed"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

unhelpful reception staff , could almost be described if being ungenerous as actually rude

nurses did not seem to be able to triage as had to see one nurse then wait and then see another nurse and after original admin triage it took three attempts to explain why I was there before they could decide the nature of my visit and how to decide where to put in the system based on my need

then a horrendously long wait time which was not what I was actually told - turned out I actually had to wait about 6 hours which although I don't mind waiting as I know they are busy it would be best to try to be a bit more accurate as people were getting upset as they were ill and being made to wait much longer than initially informed

the room was quite dirty and this made waiting a long time unpleasant
