"Chronic Sinusitis"

i have had a loud noise in my ear for nearly 5 years. it all started when i had a severe choking attack where i heaved up.

trying to breathe after that approx 6 wks this noise started. i was referred to the hospital on numerous occasions where i was constantly told it was tinnitus.

in may last year i started coughing and sneezing and a big ball of mucus and pus came down my nose and a sliver of meat came into my mouth which i must have pushed up into my sinus when choking. since then i have alot of mucus sometimes with pus even though i have had continuous medication of anti biotics but it keeps coming back. surely this indicates that there is something causing this continuous infection.

i just dont seem to be getting anywhere with the consultant at my hospital and wonder if somebody could possibly help me at another hospital.
