"Worst experience ever!!!"

About: New Cross Hospital

Was placed on ward D7 after being admitted throught AnE staff were rude and no communication on the ward why so ever. I was having a panic attack which then bought my asthma on and I was hooked to a drip so could not easily get up, so when I saw the nurse I shouted and ask if I could speak with nurse tonwhich she replied "no you can't sorry I'm busy" in such a rude manor.

Was going to be discharged even though my urine sample still showed I was dehydrated as they were over heard talking about bed shortage. A Certain HCA was extremely rude her name has been passed onto higher people and is being looked at, which lady next to us also said she was rude and abrupt. The only polite and non-judgmental staff where ladies serving hot drinks and food they were fantastic. Will not be delivering my baby here as we have now paid to go private!!!
