"Another excellent experience"

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / General surgery

I was a day patient on ward 45 on 19th December and have to say this is my forth operation at the RVI and yet again I received excellent care from the minute I arrived to my discharge. All staff were friendly and professional and despite the demands on their time were enjoying good banter with patients and colleagues alike. There was great care taken to ensure my dignity, comfort and confidentiality.

We are delighted to hear your stay on Ward 45 was such as positive experience, there is a whole team working together to ensure each individual patients needs are met and if any complications arise, they can be dealt with effectively. As always the Trust aims to place every individual at the heart of what we do.
