(as a relative),

My father is being transferred, to a local community hospital, for recuperation from Ward A32.

The care he has received, after a terrible fall at home, has been world class. Through the chain of Paramedics, ER, Assessment Unit, Nurses, Doctors, Food & Cleaning Technicians, My father is a gentleman and he has been treated with care, dignity and respect. His five daughters are extremely grateful for this and we would like to thank each person, who has helped make his stay in hospital, not only tenable but enjoyable too xxxxxx
