I was at work on Monday morning when suddenly one of my hearing aids failed. After trying to get it to work, I rang Audiology, who gave me an appointment for that same afternoon.

Expecting to have to wait, as a last-minute booking, I was actually seen five minutes before my appointment time, the very pleasant and helpful young man replaced the failed hearing aid and also checked the other aid. Excellent service, which couldn't have been improved in the private sector.
