"Care at JPUH"

About: James Paget University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Both my daughter and I have needed treatment via A&E in the last 3 months.

My daughter had appendicitus and every single member of staff we came across was so caring and professional.

I needed to be seen and was brought in having an asthma attack and again i was treated with complete professionalism.

The staff in A&E are fantastic and remain so upbeat inspite of the pressures they are continually up against.

I get so sick and tired of seeing so many negative comments about the JPUH when infact they do a fantastic job.

These people with unrelaistic expectations need a reality check as the NHS do the very best they can with the restrictions placed against them.

Well done JPUH to each and every member of staff who assisted both my daughter and myself.

Thank you

Many thanks for taking the time to post your lovely comments.

I am so sorry to hear that both you and your daughter have been unwell recently and I do hope that you are both feeling much better.

It is, however, lovely to receive such positive feedback about the care provided by our staff, who do a fantastic job.

I will make sure that your comments are passed to the teams involved.

Best Wishes

Amanda Hood
