I had an appointment for 10.30am on Friday 15th December to have a thumb problem looked at.
I was called by a Doctor ( a shame that I can't give his name here) at 10.20 and he diagnosed a "trigger thumb" which he said could be treated with a steroid injection.
He sent me for an x ray just to be sure.
This was done without undue delay and I went back to see the same doctor who saw me almost immediately.
A steroid injection was administered and I left the hospital less than an hour after arriving.
Wonderful service!
My thumb is now giving me no pain and I can grip things, which wasn't possible before.
I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received and the speed at which it was carried out. Full marks!
"Excellent service and effective treatment"
