This surgery has a practise manager that thinks she is a doctor when she has zero medical qualifications in any medical background.

My doctor is the only person you are best to see as she is the only doctor that has a good rapport with the patients but the downfall within the surgery is that if you are suffering with mental health issues and you are having a breakdown the surgery should by law call you in to see if they can help as they have a duty of care for you but they don't do that they just strike you off and they practice manager is rude disrespectful and it is her way or no way.!
