"Accident and Emergency"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I will like to thanks the Health care Assistant who have shown a lot of care and being very compassionate towards the care he was giving to my grandmother.

The doctor compare to the arrogant nurse who kept on shouting at her saying to wait for the doctor for 4 hours. He was very generous explaining to us the situation and made my nan a tea to calm her down. He gave her a wash.

I will request that a& e has more staff like him instead of the arrogant nurse. Many thanks to the rest of the team and DR

I am sorry that you had a mixed experience of care at A&E, as all our staff should aim to provide a high standard of care and an excellent patient experience.

It is good to read about the 2 members of staff who did a fantastic job and I have passed on your comments to the senior nurse responsible A&E so that they can share your feedback with everyone
