Promised review appointments never arrive. I have to chase up every single appointment. Consultants have left and they are now down from 5 to 2 consultants. They do not reply to emails and neither do PALS.
I have chronic long term problems do to cancer treatment. a cancer which requires lifelong follow up and this department have no interest at all.
Disgusting.
