I spent 25 days in the BDGH with a serious penetrative knee injury. I had surgery to remove a piece of metal I had managed to stab myself with and had two further visits to theatre to have my badly infected knee joint flushed out.
The knee infection was caused by the original injury not the Hospital.
I was extremely well looked after by the Doctors and Nurses and couldn't fault the place.
