About: Westgate Surgery

I requested a repeat prescription on a Friday was told by the Pharmacy it would be ready for collection on Saturday.

It was apparently sent electronically on the same day.

On Monday I was still waiting for the said prescription (Where is it you may ask, still at the surgery, waiting for me to collect !!!!!!)

Service what service.

Which surgery would take 4 phone calls and make you wait 4 days and then still expect you to pick your prescription up.

Back in the day this surgery was quite good unfortunately over the years it has become so inefficient that I would not recommend anybody new register here.

They have a call centre which is just as inefficient as them.

Patient care just does not register with this surgery.

My recommendation is go somewhere else.
