I've been through the mental health system a number of times, receiving different types of treatment in various trusts. This is the first time I can honestly say that I feel hopeful of recovery. My therapist is knowledgeable and has plenty of insight. Though sessions can be difficult I am always treated with empathy and respect. I have never at any time felt shamed or judged, and when I leave the sessions I often have the feeling that I've been truly understood. I felt like the clinic deserved more reviews for the amazing service they provide.
