"Unable to obtain follow up appointments"

About: Salford Royal / Urology

Following treatment for bladder cancer I have been informed I will receive a follow up appointment in 6 months on numerous occasions. I have never had an automatic appointment even though my letter informs me I will be contacted. I have to chase Urology each time. I was due an appointment in July and have been trying to get an appointment since September even reporting to PALS did not work. We have contacted the consultants secretary direct which also didn’t work. I have asked for an email address to complain and not had a response to my request.
