"Very impressed and grateful"

I was booked to have an Endoscopic Ultrasound today 15th December 2017. As I'd had a very bad experience as a child, I was absolutely terrified. I was booked in the clinic with the Anaethetist so I could have sedation. The team who looked after me were Absolutely marvellous. From the minute I was booked in I was put at ease and reassured. Although on entering the procedure room and seeing 5 members of the team with all the machinery, I nearly bottled it and walked out. Once again everyone was lovely. The Aneathatist talked me through everything and reassured me. The sedation was fantastic and I can't remember a thing until I came round in the recovery room. I can't thank the team enough for their endless patienc, reassurance and professionalism. As the Anaethatist said to me, they wanted to turn a previous nad experience into a good experience, Which they did. Once again thank you all, I am eternally grateful. I would also like to say, the gastro unit was spotlessly clean and seemed to be efficiently run. Well done to you all.
