(as a service user),

Just ended in a dark place and was helped by Frances at the Cambridge surgery on Mill Road

I feel without their support I would be another statistic on the suicide register(not good for family)

This has really got to me. You are exactly the reason why we do what we do. We want the best for everyone and its pleasing to hear Frances has been such a support for you. I am really sorry to hear you was in a dark place but so pleased you have come through that. Ill be letting Frances know what an important part she has played in your recovery.
