Hello, thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear that you are still feeling unwell and do not know what the cause is. I know that can be worrying and upsetting.

If you would like to contact me with your name, date of birth and hospital number ( this will be on any letters or documents you have from us) I can check whether you have any other appointments coming up or have been discharged.

You can call me on 01274 383863 - if I am not here when you call please leave me a message with your name and a number to call you back on. Or, you can email me on patient.experience@bthft.nhs.uk

But as you still have these symptoms please would you also contact your GP now and discuss this with him or her. If the GP thinks you need another referral for further tests or to be seen at the hospital more urgently they will be able to set that in motion.
