I am very sorry that the parking arrangements at Grantham were such a down point of what was, otherwise a very good experience when you were with us. We have over recent months introduced revised parking systems which I hope patients find an improvement.

I am very pleased however to hear that everything else went so well - and despite my very late response (we have only recently developed our systems for reading and replying to postings and are working through older postings) even after such a period of time your comments are still valuable to us and have been shared with the staff.
