"Worst surgery staff are really aggressive and..."

We are here in this surgery for a long time and the staff here are really illmannered and no respect for any patients. They tells others to drink water from the same cup and not to waste cup if they drink again after some time. They have no respect for pregnant ladies if she is late for 10 minutes they will start screeming in front of others and don't mind if they do late for half an hour this is unfair people are always been waiting for long and there is open surgery only for 9 to 9:30 that's it what if people really need it they say go away you are late. No one else would like the surgery plus there is no appointment any time. They used to say go and get from chemist. Not also pregnancy test as well. This surgery should be close down.
