Just wanting to say a huge thank you to a staff member who went above and beyond what I was expecting from a sexual health clinic.

We talked, not only about my physical health but also my mental health and was very encouraging, helpful and supportive.

They then examined my issue, and told me to see them at the Royal University Hospital the following morning, to let someone else see the issue and try and resolve it.

My problem was then resolved, first thing in the morning and I was very very very pleased. A weight was lifted off my shoulders and I am very happy I went to Brook, and then to the hospital.
