"Clinic A reception"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital (Folkestone) / Ear, Nose and Throat

A member of staff in clinic A should not work in the general public let alone a reception or a hospital . This receptionist has no empathy, is rude and generally makes your visit an awful experience . Today i visited as my hearing aid batteries had run out this can be quite a horrible situation for me in fact it is very distressing . I explained i never had my book on me but was in despair was sent away rudely with a phone number im unable to ring as cant hear on the phone . This person is rude and to be honest the other receptionist seemed embarrassed by their behaviour . Disgusted
