"No help"

I was sent by my GP who wanted me to see a psychiatrist. I was assessed by a nurse and was told I had depression and they would sort some new medication. I didn't hear from them for two weeks and had a three page letter quoting all I had said. I was also sent a photo copy of courses and the anger management was circled. Nothing about any medication to help me and not an appointment with a psychiatrist or counselor. I feel at my wit's end and it's apparent that all I am is a name a d just another person with mental health problems. I can assure you I do not need anger management it made me feel like a mad woman when that was put to me on nothing but a photo copy. I need help with my depression badly so I will return to my GP and never set foot in desborough house again.
