"Unacceptable"

About: Warrington Hospital

The staff are unfriendly to patients family in fact can be rude. Obviously not every member of staff fall into the rude bracket but sadly the ones that do leave you feeling it's everyone. They have no time for elderly patients who have to wait for toilet facilities. I feel that 45 minutes waiting for a bed pan/commode or go to the bathroom is unacceptable. It was often afternoon before patients are washed and cared for. No one ever gave my mum a napkin or cleaned her face & hands after eating. Lights left on all night making sleeping more difficult than it already is in a hospital environment. My mum has unfortunately been admitted to a number of wards over the last two years and sadly the experiences have not changed much. Only the specific wards like cardiac/stroke are acceptablely run.
