"My appointment at Finchley Memorial Hospital"

I had an appointment at ENT department in November.

At the appointment, the ENT consultant couldn't push the camera inside my nostril because it was blocked and painful. They said they will refer me to have a CT scan. After 2 weeks I received a letter that I have been discharged because they couldn't find any problem.

· My left nostril is blocked

· I have constant post-nasal drips on the left side

· I can hear the mucus/ infection making a noise behind my nostrils and going down through my throat.

· My heartbeat goes up for no reason

· I am short of breath

· I am extremely tried

· My ears heart

· I have pain all over my face

· Feel reassure behind my left eye

· Constant headache

My GP referred me to ENT because they didn’t know how to treat me

 I was  referred back to GP without any treatment.
