"A great practice"

When I read all the negative reviews of the Forum Health Centre I felt it was time for someone to say something a bit more constructive! We came to Coventry in 2012 and had the practice recommended to us and, apart from the occasional difficulty getting an appointment in the depths of winter, I have always been seen promptly, listened to and cared for. I'm approaching 50 now, so bits of me are starting to go wrong and wear out. Whether I've needed their support for mental health problems, a dislocated shoulder, high blood pressure or a sleep disorder, I have always found someone there who is prepared to help. I used to be quite anxious about going to the GP in the past but that's no longer the case. Thank you.
