"They ignore the truth"

I'm not surprised there's bad reports about hellesdon.There are many failings & mentions in local news that it's very inadequate.From my experience I certainly agree.I'm an adult, with an intelligent mind.Furthermore,I am honest through & through.I 'm decent & fair.I have a physical injury.I told the truth about this.I had the dreadful misfortune to come up against a gp,who made a massive misdiagnosis.Staff at hellesdon were so wrongly contacted.They should never have been contacted at all.I am physically injured.This is a fact.I told the ignorant gp that.I told hellesdon staff that when I, quite rightly, kept saying, that it was my physical symptoms that needed examining,& I never needed any hellesdon staff.There is nothing wrong with my mind.I am alert, focused & have an excellent memory, & an intelligent brain.I am a highly qualified professional.I am disgusted regarding how I've been treated by staff from hellesdon, who would not listen to me telling the truth, about my real physical symptoms, & that gps DO make gross errors, & on this occasion one gp had done just that in being so rash, & so wildly off the mark in getting anybody from hellesdon ever involved.hellesdon staff just blanked all I kept trying to say, in that I really did have a physical complaint, & they were so, so very wrong in believing one gp's gross ignorance in not taking seriously my real complaining of physical illness.I've been treated so wrongly.I've not been listened to.hellesdon staff were so patronizing, not giving me the time of day, & not listening to the true facts I kept repeating.I'm a grown up.I'm the one who would know change in my own physical health,So,I should have been treated with respect, heard & taken seriously.Staff here refused to listen to the fact that one gp made a huge error.gps do misdiagnose.It is so unfair that hellesdon staff were not open-minded.They blanked & ignored the truth from an intelligent, honest, open person.They were so narrow-minded in not even allowing themselves to even consider that I could be right & a gp could be so wrong.Well that gp was wrong, & I constantly kept telling the ignorant hellesdon staff that, but they treated me like am imbecile.Once hellesdon staff get a hold on you, they won't let go even though you NEVER needed them in the 1st place!I'm disgusted by the awful time they put me through by not believing me,& by treating me as if I'd a mental problem, when I most certainly never have had.I'm a strong person, who treats others fairly & with kindness.hellesdon staff had no insight,no instinct, no logic, no open-mindedness, no flexibility.They couldn't be bothered to think, or listen,or to question things.They went through the motions, taking it as read that everybody gps send them to, has had a correct diagnosis from their gp.My gp made a gross error in involving hellesdon,because, as I knew all along, & kept saying, I have a physical health issue,which has finally been proven.But hellesdon hindered that SO MUCH!!
