Dear ACU / A&E Staff.
I am writing to tell you how grateful I am, that you were the Auxiliaries,Nurses, Sisters, Doctors assigned to me when I suffered my "cardiac event" last week.
The competency of you and your team was awe inspiring, and I couldn't have been more lucky that you were the physician on duty when I came into the hospital that day.
This has been a very difficult time for me, but it could have been much worse were, without your dedication, expertise and professionalism. I am truly grateful for the level of care you were able to administer to me. But, I am also grateful for the time you took to talk with me to help me better understand my options.
The fact that I am still here is a miracle. I know that you probably save a lot of lives in a given year, but I want to let you know that this life is forever grateful.
The work you do is so important. And you excel at your work in every way possible.
So, Thank You So Much !!!.
Myself, My children and my dogs ( some of you know what I mean "my dogs" - thanks for understanding ) will never forget what you've done for me.
With unending gratitude, You are truly doing God's work.
Ps: Special Thanks for Karen Schofield ( The Manager on ACU ), Dr.Hyder Qureshi ( A&E ), Jodie ( Nurse in Charge, A&E ) Tracy Homes , Dr.Paul ( ACU ), Veena Ramiah, Sarah Gallagher, Sean Rogers, Zoe Fairbrother, Monika Berehula, Rachel ( Staff Nurse, ACU ), Janet ( Housekeeper ACU ), Lucy ( Auxiliary A&E ).
