Some of the doctors within this surgery care whereas some are entirely apathetic appearing extremely jaded when you are discussing your problem with them, I have come in time and time again with a recurring problem and have not been taken seriously and made to feel like a fool and I am aware that I am not the only one who feels this way about this particular surgery, improvements need to be made across the board in patient care before someone falls through the cracks, the lack of care from some of the doctors is frankly disgusting to say that lives are trusted in the hands of these people.

I have brought this comment to our GP Partners and how very sorry we are to read this review that has been posted. We would strongly urge this patient to contact us so that we can fully discuss this patient’s personal concerns and experiences. We fully support patients who need to bring any issues they may have to our attention so that we can mutually resolve any issues, misunderstandings or failings of any kind. If patients don’t speak to us directly then it does not provide us with the opportunity to do this and resolve things for them; wherever possible we would always want to achieve this.

We are a long established Practice and these values are at the core of all we do; patient feedback is normally overwhelmingly positive. It is a real shame that a patient has not provided with the opportunity to address any concerns they may have. Please contact Elaine Oldroyd who is the Practice Complaints Manager to provide us with the opportunity to respond to your concerns by calling the main number and ask to speak to her. She is available Monday to Thursday. Full Details are available in the Practice just ask any member of the Team.
