Last October, I fell whilst getting out of my friends car and was taken to the A&E at the Northern General Hospital.
I had broken my hip and waist and was given a total hip replacement and a plate in my wrist.
I was admitted to a ward in Huntsman 6 where i had excellent care from nurses, doctors, physiotherapists and occupational health therapists.
I was given privacy when needed and saw social services managers in a private room. I think the food could have been better and also the parking was a problem for my visitors, financially and availability.
On my return home, I was treated by the kicks team which i thought were brilliant and, my walking is now nearing normal now and my wrist is working well. I have resumed playing piano.
I would like to thank everyone on huntsman 6 and the surgeons who performed my operation
"Excellent care at Huntsman 6"
