"Thank you so much for your excellent work"

I would like to pass on my thanks and admiration for the work carried out by the whole team. I had a cardiac arrest and spent 6 days recovering at New Cross. While I was there I saw how the whole team were totally focused on and dedicated to the work they do. They showed excellent team spirit and a real can-do attitude to the many challenges they faced. If anyone needs an example of how the NHS can work fantastically well, this is it. I just can't thank you enough.
