"Poor communication"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Rheumatology

As a lupus sufferer, my condition should be reviewed regularly. However, it is well over a year since I was last seen. I’ve tried phoning the rheumatology department, as suggested by my GP, but no one picks up. Very frustrating.
