"To acknowledge good service"

Please pass on my appreciation the teams in the Day Case Unit at West Cumberland Hospital.

Without exception all the staff who were involved in my care on 5th and 6th December were excellent.

They provided efficient, professional, informative care, with the accent on care.

As an elderly patient the horror stories we read in the press do cause apprehension, however the service the teams provided allayed any fears I may have had.

I hope the service I received indicates that there are in fact as many 'good' stories as bad ones.
